Last updated: 03 September 2026
This policy explains how OmbroTechFinds ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you subscribe to our daily deals email newsletter, in line with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). See also our Terms of Use.

What we collect
When you subscribe through our signup form, we collect: your email address, the timestamp of your consent, and confirmation that you actively checked the consent box. We do not collect any other personal information, and this site does not use tracking or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your email address solely to send you our daily deals newsletter, which you explicitly opted into. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Double opt-in
After submitting the signup form, you'll receive a confirmation email. You are only added to our mailing list once you click the confirmation link — submitting the form alone does not subscribe you.
Who else sees it
We use Brevo as our email service provider to store your contact details and send the newsletter on our behalf. Brevo processes this data as our data processor, under its own privacy policy and security safeguards. We do not sell or share your email address with any other third party.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record (email address and the date you unsubscribed) for a reasonable period to honour your opt-out and for our own compliance record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, or to unsubscribe, email us at mail@ombrotechwear.co.uk or use the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
